Talanoa is a traditional Pacific Islander word and philosophy that encompasses a form of dialogue or conversation. In essence, it implies participatory dialogue focusing on problem solving through inclusion, collaboration and mutual respect. Talanoa is a way of connecting, collaborating, and finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.

We embody this philosophy and our stakeholder engagement follows the principles of Talanoa. We co-create with clients and weave in the best practices into their unique organizational context and landscape.

Meet our Founder

Heena Agarwal

Hi, I'm Heena Agarwal

Hi, I am an HR professional with more than 16 years of industry experience.

After completing my MBA in HR from IMT Ghaziabad in 2008, I chose to focus on Organizational Development and Learning sciences and built an in-depth understanding of the subject. Over the years I have worked across industries and different set-ups in HR and delivered successful projects leading to increased engagement, learning and retention of employees.

I am a seasoned facilitator and this is an aspect of my work that I enjoy thoroughly - to bring concepts alive and ensure that transfer of learning takes place. I am passionate about making workplaces engaging and empowering for its people.
